went in for a mobile order, three of my items were completed and sent out, i was not given a straw and was given attitude when i asked for one, waited for 20 minutes for the final item to be completed before going up to the counter and asking for it only to be told “i’m making it right now” and then watch her make 5+ more drinks before mine, spent 30 minutes waiting and ended up asking for my money back, did not receive the item or any apology. very disappointed and dissatisfied.

They wanted to charge $1.00 for an extra shot of chai. No other Starbucks has ever done so. Employees we know have told us that there is no charge for extra pumps of something that is already in the drink.

Our drinks Taste like water!! We order these drinks at least 2 times a week and never in my life has it ever tasted like this! I just spent $25 on drinks that’s are going in the trash. I will never go back to that location again.

This location – Lake Jennings, CA is a few months old and doing a great job in representing the brand. Our cashier today at the drive thru was very pleasant, missed getting her name- very personable, dark hair, sweet young lady, at around 12pm. We had some special requests and she accommodated with not even any hesitation, got our order perfectly correct. Great guest service delivery ! The drive-thru was clean & organized, the pace was quick & we were in & out in less than 7min. Keep up the good work and we shall be regular patrons at this location from now on.

This is now my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Starbucks. I buy coffee for my coworkers at least 3-4 times per week & Steven always gets it right. The drive-thru people are always cheerful & helpful. I drive past at least 5 Starbucks on my way to work & this one is a little out of the way but I am soooo happy with them. Steven is the Rock Star of Barrista’s!

Remodel makes the place unwelcoming and without character. Void of warmth. The goal of the remodel must have been to discourage customers from sitting and enjoying their drinks, atmosphere and chatting with friends. Employees are always pleasant. Orders are always correct.

I arrived and there was ample parking. I purchased 2 drinks…one of which is my favorite (a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso). I received my drink fairly quick but it was completely watered down. All I could taste was the ice and barely the oatmilk.
