We went through the drive thru and I asked him what flavor aha was in the coke freestyle machine and he said he didn’t know, wasn’t near the machine. When we pulled up to the window they didn’t know what we had ordered so we had to re order it and I still didn’t get the drink I had ordered. Staff didn’t seem to care. Also had to repeat the sauces I wanted (3), 30 seconds after asking for them and he only put 2 of them in the bag. Staff just didn’t seem to be all there.

I just left from Jacks drive thru, I have to say that the employee working the night shift window was probably the best interaction I’ve had when dealing with anyone in customer service and or the hospitality industry. I wish I knew the guy I am talking about name but yeah the night shift crew as a whole made sure my order was correct and they were very helpful, upbeat, and positive.

Please watch when using a debit card at this location I went to get a drink yesterday and Diana which is the manager took our order through the drive through and never gave my card back. I called and got Diana which she was rude not really helpful, but when I told her I was on my way back to get my card she was like ok. So once I got back she put my card back on the counter as if nothing ever happened. I will be reaching out to corporate
