Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru at the Jack in the Box on Ray Rd in Chandler, only to be handed greasy cold tacos that looked like they’d been sitting out I asked if they could remake them and the guy at the window acted like I was the problem rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional If you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to find something else This photo says it all soggy tacos tossed in a wrapper like an afterthought…. I won’t be coming back!!!!!

10 pm on a Saturday. Order at drive thru. Asked to pull around to the front. Proceed to wait 30 minutes for my “fast food” drive thru order. Absolutely unacceptable! Not the workers fault. This falls solely on the lack of staffing and management. I will never be back.

The lack of urgency is disrespectful. My family and I have been here for half an hour and still no food, with cars behind waiting for their order. This is completely unacceptable. DONT GO HERE!!! Worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile.. You will wait 20+mins for cold food. These people dont care.
