My mobile order was ready at the promised time, as I walked into this Starbucks. They may have more high schoolers frequent this location compared to others I have been to before, so the store volume may be a bit louder, but I had my earbuds in, as I enjoyed my cold brew and book.

This is my “On my way to work” Starbucks. They are usually pretty quick and always have the best customer service. If the drive through is packed, it can cause a stop in traffic when you are trying to get out of the parking lot and back on the freeway. But at least you have your coffee in hand!

I think it’s terrible that Starbucks is having their drive-thru employees ask you “one quick question” before you pay with a card. They are asking you for a tip! You are not getting personal service at a drive-thru. What is the tip for? Also, the fact that you have to run back in and ask for a straw and napkin is ridiculous. Why don’t they ask you “that” quick question? This has been a discussion with many conversations when Starbucks is mentioned lately. What’s crazy is…I always tip anyway because I think service employees deserve it, but asking for a tip and making a person feel terrible if they don’t????? All the Starbucks are doing this at the drive-thru, so it must be a company thing.

Probably the worst experience at a Starbucks. I usually have great service here. When I asked the employee making my drinks about a half filled tall chocolate milk with whipped cream i was given a dirty look and then she walked off not finishing my order. I finally was able to get another employee to finish my order after 13 mins of waiting. I want the only one who had problems with the staff. There was 3 of us waiting one who did a mobile order.

These hard workers just made the most delicious coffee I’ve ever had I must share it with you guys it is a venti iced coffee no classic add sweet cream three pumps of white mocha and yes it sounds sweet but it is sweet! Thank you guys again it’s delicious and so was the one from yesterday! Really enjoyed the tulip garden in the Drive-Thru here’s a pic! Come visit this beautiful location and Chino hills off the 71 and chino avenue.
