Coffee was good, but the bathroom was horrendous, my nieces bathroom is cleaner, and she’s 7. As a former Starbucks employee, I’d consider this unacceptable. The only redeeming factor is that the employees were willing to refill the empty toilet paper when asked. Even during the morning rush.

I arrived at this location at 5:15 AM on Sat. Hours of operation indicated they are open. The door was locked. Staff were inside. Someone came to the door and said they open in 15 min. 5:30. So what I believe? You would think the least they could do is to correct the hours of operation on google.

Quick and easy to get to, has a drive-thru for those days when you just don’t want to get out of the car. During my experience the staff was super nice and accommodating, one of the drinks wasn’t made correctly but they remade it promptly with no issues. That is awesome and thank you for doing it. The seating at this location is fairly big so you shouldn’t have a problem bringing a group over to sit down and have a cup of coffee or tea or frappuccino.

The absolute worst experience. I live nearby and love to frequent this location, I went on my birthday today and the people working the register were very pleasant. The girl making the drinks with the glasses- I believe her name was Erin was so rude. I went to check on my drink after 20 minutes of waiting and after my friend had gotten hers 10 minutes beforehand, I simply wanted to know the status of my drink and she completely dismissed me barely even responding to me. I went to the register to check again and they had to ask her on my behalf to get any sort of answer. They know still needed a moment. After another 10 minutes my friend went up on my behalf and Erin points to the counter. She had apparently made my drink, not called my name and just left it there because she was upset that I had to ask someone else about the status of my drink. Very immature and not what I wanted to deal with first thing on my birthday. All I wanted was to know how much longer I had to wait. Made me very sad to start my day on that note, normally everyone there is so sweet. Not sure what happened.

I come to this location daily before work. Usually the line moves pretty quickly. On RARE occasions it takes a bit longer. Before 720am you will breeze through the drive through. Staff is always very friendly.

This is place is horrible! on November 9th 2022 at approximately 9:45am when I ordered a Grande HOT Decaf Americano with oat milk. I was handed a drink with the lid not securely on and leaking because the drive thru attendant was going too fast. I asked her to fix it and put in on correctly and she said it will be ok and put a venti cup around it to “help with the leaking.” As I was trying to fasten the lid on the cup, the cup burst HOT coffee spilled everywhere in my lap and my new car.
