Of course the food and cold drink was good. I did drive through. Got a very large iced fruit lemonade. But, they did not give me a straw. And the drink is way too iced to drink through that little hole in the lid. Oh well…

I’ve had some amazing service and drinks here, and I’ve had some of the worst service and drinks here over the years. Guess it’s a roll of the dice on the employees since they can’t keep the good ones. Parking lot and entrances suck, usually has homeless people or packed with school kids.

I absolutely love this Starbucks location on Western and Lomita! They make the best nitro coffee I’ve ever had, and the service is always fast and friendly. Whether I’m in the drive-through or getting it from the window, I’m always greeted with a smile and treated like a valued customer. Speaking of the drive-through, it’s incredibly easy to get to and always moving quickly. The baristas are skilled at their craft and never fail to make the perfect cup of coffee, whether it’s a classic mocha latte or one of their creative seasonal drinks. I highly recommend this Starbucks location to anyone looking for a top-notch coffee experience!

Luis went above and beyond for me! Called in to ask what the sugar free vanilla to regular vanilla ratio is. (Usually sugar free things taste sweeter) Just wanted to make sure my swap would taste OK, and he was so nice over the phone. Even kept me on the line as he personally tasted both syrups! Asked for a caramel crunch ribbon Frappuccino and they didn’t even put the crunch topping on it, but charged me for it. Gave me a reg caramel Frappuccino. Also used two grift cards for separate orders and the guy charged both on same order. Pay attention people to instructions of what the customer is asking for or telling you to do. SMH!

As a customer I’m frustrated with this place for such poor customer service and items given wrong… twice! As a Starbucks employee… I’m greatly disappointed! Ignoring your customers while you chat with your co workers on the back isn’t polite and you can lose a potential customer for doing so. There’s the pic of my (second drink, after messing up a Almond Frozen Cold Brew) GTL (with no lemonade ).
