They had NO bumblebee cake pops, even though it said ONLINE that they did at this location. I had already payed for the bumblebee cake pop, just to arrive(I did a mobile order) there and they tell me they, “ran out” I wanted a bumblebee cake pop, because they had no more birthday cake cake pop(it said online). You guys should always have some saved for people who purchase online.

This particular location is my local spot. They have a lot of staff changes which is normal but does slow the process of getting drinks out. Frank was there holding it down, provided great service and was helping the other baristas in training. Even when this old guy started yelling at the other staff for taking too long they were still polite

This location has been great. Not only are the drinks made to your liking (more often than not, the other places taste as if they are using burnt old coffee). The staff is super friendly, and they made the pups night with a puppicino for each of them; Zero and Leo are excited not to share .

Customer Service and drive thru was really fast and most friendly! Downside was they really didn’t have anything on their menu. Especially my black tea!!!! I finally settled on a Vente Frappuccino., and a blueberry scone. (Very stale) horrible tasteI was so disappointed.. My total was $13+
