Went to the store for quick restroom stop. The restroom was not maintainced and had no toilet paper! When I let them know there was no toilet paper and messy they gave me an attitude and asked an employee to clean it. There is another restroom and these employees refuse to let me use it! Said it was employee only! I’m sorry there is no employees only signage and no Starbucks I been too have ever had their own restrooms! These are for customers and such they should be accepted to enter a restroom if needed.

I got my drink and bread as I ordered. Something I observed: The people are really nice. I was sitting inside studying and they seem to know the people that come inside and treat them with lots of love and respect. Like a man in a wheelchair came in, the employee came around to help him load his drinks on his wheel chair and asked him about his day. Then a boy came in for a glass of water. They even knew many of the costumers by name. Best costume interactions I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks.

I recently started going to this location because it is conveniently on my route to work. Unfortunately, I goofed this morning and ordered from the Starbucks location on Hawthorne and 182nd Street. When I arrived at this particular location, I told them my name at the speaker, and the barista verified and told me to pull forward. I pull forward and they inform me they do not have my order. After I check the receipt on the mobile app, I then realize I placed the order at the wrong location.

Says closed on they’re board outside but they’re open. The lady ari in the drive thru was very rude. Got my order completely wrong. Didn’t even offer an apology and was very careless about the situation. Very dissatisfied with this experience here. I asked for extra caramel ribbon crunch and drizzle my drink didn’t have none. I went this morning to get my coffe like always and I added a butter croissant to my order and I added this in the intercom not at the window and I didn’t order it warm so it could be quicker and the cashier took 4 minutes to give me the croissant a cold croissant like where did they have them? how far is their fridge ? I suggest they should have things prepared for customers by the time they get to the window atleast I thought thats how it was if I would of known she was gonna take long I would of asked for it to be warmed up

Very disappointed with my visit here, the place wasn’t as clean as you expect from Starbucks! I am a huge fan of Starbucks coffee and I know what the drinks should taste like there, but this time at this location the drink I ordered wasn’t drinkable. Not to mention the guy who took my order didn’t even ask me the questions every other Starbucks ask. Not going there again, I am really surprised this is happening and can’t blame it on franchisees, all Starbucks locations are corporate owned. What the heck Starbucks?!

I really try with this location but the tall gentleman that’s there in the morning (I’m usually picking around 5:40- 5:55am) consistently messes up my order. I always request a non-dairy option in my drinks yet on a few occasions regular milk was in my drink. I had an immediate reaction. Sheesh! Honestly when I pull up and see him I’m praying my drink is right- nope. More often than it’s wrong. I’m not sure if may have some literacy issues, the print is too small on the order labels or he just doesn’t care but management needs to look into it. I always tip ahead of my order in the app but that’s a waste of money if they can’t get the drinks right. The location is so convenient and on my route but I’m done. I need to break my my Starbucks addiction anyways. Lol Do better! The one positive thing I can give is everyone is always courteous & bubbly at the early hour that I pick up.

This store does not have accommodation in place for essential workers. I stopped on morning to buy coffee. The lobby was closed. Only the drive thru was open. My large vehicle could not pass thru the drive thru so they refused service. I had to go without coffee.

I’ve been so disappointed with this Starbucks. I’m not one to be picky since I too work in this service, but it’s ridiculous how there’s rude staff plus every visit they mess up one of my drinks. Not giving this place another chance anymore.
