This USED to be my favorite location! I’ve been coming here for YEARS. The new crew of workers are RUDE. I can’t tell you how many drinks I’ve been served wrong. It got to the point were I returned a drink & it’s uncomfortable for me to even do that. I decided to give this location another chance, ordered a Venti and was basically served TALL with ALL cold foam and NO COFFEE!!!!! .Did I ask for anything?? No,I drove away so irritated and I’m just leaving a review. I’m so sick of wasting my money on this location.

First of all we were already waiting for at least 10 minutes before placing our order but that’s not the problem because they were busy. we placed our two drink order and they said it shouldn’t take long so we ordered our uber. we waited 15 more minutes and had to cancel our order don’t get me wrong staff is nice but my god for coffee shop workers they are BEYOND SLOW. don’t go here if you don’t want your time wasted.

You can’t enter this location. Understandably it’s because of where it is. There is a ton of homelessness and transient movement around this location. There is a walk-up window like Duch Brothers. The service was okay. Coffee and food turned out fine.

Walk up only and at 8:23am they only had Pike. The barista offered to add a shot to it rather than asking what I’d like. Starbucks in general are really going down.

You can’t go wrong with the coffee, but the service was dissapointing, especially since I was the only customer when I walked in, I know there was a long line at the drive-thru, but I had to wait until the guy at the counter left the registers as I was standing right in front of him to go clean the lobby area, after taking my order I waited a considerably long time as I watched employees fix themselves drinks, one employee made eye contact and immediately hid their drink. Not to mention that the area is not the best , had to past a couple homeless to get into the building.
