Great! I have been to more then 100 Subway Restaurants all over texas but this Restaurant in the Brenham was Awesome delicious and fresh Sandwiches with Fresh Veggies when you eat you will see the difference between this restaurant and the other subway also the staff was super friendly and helpful

Horrible customer service, pulled up at 9:39pm and the employees looked at us, walked to the door and locked it. Mind you they close at 10pm, so rude .

Stopped by earlier for a late lunch and left with a smile on my face! It was fairly busy, much expected for a lunch rush, but Ali was fantastic! So friendly, super funny, seemed like talking to an old friend. I’d only went for the sub but Ali offered me fresh baked cookies…how could I pass that up? Will definitely be returning! Thanks Ali!

We were out of town- heading bk from Brenham. So we stopped into a small Subway attached to a gas station. The restaurant was clean. The service was friendly and quick. Only complaint.. the cookies I bought were stale/old. They should have thrown those out with the 4th of July. Ijs!

I asked if they had an egg or veggie patty and the lady didn’t even let me finish and was rude when telling me that it was nowhere on their menu. The sign in front of the ingredients mentioned that it was at some participating locations. She rudely told me that they were not a participating locations. The gentleman at the register kept me from giving one star since he mentioned which Subway in town offered breakfast.

Ordered a pizza on the app, they called and told me they don’t sell pizzas but couldn’t give me a refund. I have to come back some time, when the manager happens to be there. Would not swap for a sandwich because “they would take it out of my paycheck”. What a terrible business and manager

Poor! I had ants, which the employees happened to know about strange comment to get from staff.
My tuna on wheat started off good until I looked down at the paper it was wrapped in and saw ants. Took it to staff and they were going make another sandwhich.
I declined the offer, started to look in the meat salad areas staff said we need to get walmart into spray for ants again, they get in the bread.
That finished my time with subway!
If they have a known problem and have not fixed it yet what else do we not fix.
Anyway just thought I would put that out there.
