Please I’d like a replacement. Starbucks is a quick stop before a busy day whether at work or running errands. And we don’t need another issue added to an already busy day. What was meant to be a quick lunch ended up being a huge disappointment. And also, a small issue is when is this starbucks going to get the small cubed ice like all the other stores? Just do better. Very nice staff. Im new to the Starbucks app, the cashier was super nice and she helped me with the app and she explained how use it all the cool features.. next we waited for our order, the employee girl was writing on our cups with nice words. I could also see her from a far and she did the same for the people in drive the. You can see these Starbucks Ladies take care of their costumer..

I’ve now gotten two drinks from this location where I usually go to the one located inside Safeway. Both times my drinks have been messed up. First time it wasn’t that bad but this time I got an Iced chai with vanilla protein cold foam whipped cream and pumpkin spice which is my go to at the other location I mentioned and always tastes amazing. Since I didn’t need to go to that part of town I decided to try this location again and needless to say my drink tastes like straight up rotten milk. I had my son’s try it as well just incase maybe my taste was off but they also agreed. Very disappointing spending almost 10 bucks expecting it to taste like it usually does at the other location. I will NOT be going here again nor recommending anyone else to either…

Been having a rough week so I stopped by Starbies to get my favorite drink. The Cold Brew. I went to hand the cashier my payment at the window and she handed me my drink first so I grabbed it and put it in the car then turned back around to hand her my phone for payment. But as I turned around my phone hit the top of the car and fell on the other side of the window. I was too close to the window and couldn’t open the door. the cashier watched everything go down and I asked her if she could see it and she pointed it out to me and I was able to retrieve it. Weirdly I didn’t feel embarrassed, just another day. After paying for my drink she handed me a cake pop and honestly made me feel over the moon since its been a difficult week for me and that one kind gesture made my day so much better. Been thinking about it all day. Thank you.
P.S. I read my cup later and it said “Nothing beats a Jet 2 holiday” I giggled after everything with my phone falling out the window. If you know ya know.
