I watched six people walk out of your restaurant. Y’all have one person in there working and she don’t want to be there. It took her 30 minutes to make three subs go back and look at your cameras if you’re gonna own a business at least give somebody up in there that wants to work. It’s sad how far subway has failed over the years.

First and last time at this location. The store itself was fairly clean, but the staff was not up to par. The food, was not up to par. The staff were not friendly, nor did they listen. I had to repeat myself multiple times when asked bread choice. They acted like they could care less about being there or making food properly. As for the food, the containers looked like they hadn’t been changed in a couple days. The vegetables were browning and soggy looking, so I didn’t dare get any on my sub. My husband and I both wanted avocado, but the girl picked up a green blob wrapped in saran wrap and said “This ain’t good, it look nasty”…..ok, is part of your job not to CHECK these things when you get on your shift? It absolutely is, I have worked for Subway. My sandwich was not built right, and she didn’t even cook my bacon. I will be taking it off my sandwich and giving it to my dog. Hire a babysitter for the children if you’re going to have them attempting to run a store. Unacceptable experience all the way around.

i understand that there is some negative reviews on the reviews and stuff, but i wanted to give a review for myself. The only time i will get food there is two of the sweetest African American ladies are there working cause they are sweet as can be and always know how to get the order right unless it is a super busy day to which you cant blame anyone cause a busy day can be very stressful on a person, but i know when they are working they always give off a home type tone that just makes you want to come back to the place and the food is super yummy as well. 🙂

I’m not sure who the lady is but she is very rude.. I have worked as a manager of subway for many years and would never in my life treat someone this way. And since when does subway not except their own coupons?? I promise I will never come back to this location ever and will not recommend it to anyone. Also the place was nasty

Second visit in less than 2 weeks. Both times they have been out of several items and dont seem to be able to fix it. The young man making sandwiches is slow, that is until his friend walks in the door while hes making your sandwich and then he perks right up. He can speak loud enough to be heard and carry on a conversation. Shame he wont speak to customers because he seems nice. I would guess its because he works in a place that doesnt give him what he needs….. like tomatoes…..meetballs…. chicken….. spinach….pickles. Can you imagine how many times people get mad at him over things he cant control. I’d be scared to talk too. Management should step up, way up and support there employees better. No sense in a restaurant operating that way every evening.

I went to the Columbia road subway at Wal-Mart at around 8pm. There were 4 people in line ahead of me and only one person working and he looked to be a teenager. His name was DeMarcus and he was awesome!!!! Courteous, efficient, professional and friendly. He fixed the orders correctly and did not get flustered, awesome job DeMarcus!!

Terrible restaurant, always feel like I’m about to vomit after I eat at Subway. I keep trying different meats in the sandwich, hoping it won’t get my stomach sick, never works. I always get them plain too (just meat and bread), still always feels terrible after eating at any Subway.

App states store closed on Mondays but store is open. Talked to staff numerous times They state district manager was informed several times BUT HAS FAILED TO FIX!!! WHAT GOOD IS THE APP AND MANAGEMENT IF THEY DONT WORK?THE GIRLS ARE GREAT AT THIS STORE
