This Starbucks used to be pretty good, but going downhill bad. Raise prices, but quality goes down?? I don’t get it. I even ordered a standard caramel macchiato no special requests and didn’t put caramel in it. I don’t get if it’s the trainer or they just don’t care about their job, either way it’s pathetic to say the least.

The new people that is working is really rude. I order for the app. I order a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappe they gave me just milk it was really bad. Took forever to give me my order I was late for my app. So I just left and I call the store the manager who I spoke with told me to come back the next day. So I came and the lady Name Gabby was so rude I pay for a venti and she gave me a grande frappe I told her I pay for a venti so I want my venti it was your fault that you guys gave me just milk she was so mad and she told me well I’m giving it to you for free. She grabbed the grande frappe and throw it out to the Trash . Such a bad experience.

The boy working the window at 9:30 am has so much attitude. We had ordered a chai tea with pumpkin foam on top, when i received my drink there was non on there so we simply said there was supposed to be the foam on there he grabbed the drink looked at the ticket they forgot to put it on the drink order. He goes “it doesn’t say that on here but okay” with attitude and takes the drink and fixes it. Fix the attitude when it comes to situations like this because we did order it they just didn’t put it on the receipt.

Waited for my mobile order a lot longer than in-store orders. People kept ordering inside the store and they were getting them before all the mobile orders. One gentleman walked out after waiting 15mins after the estimated pick-up time. If you come here, be prepared to wait a loooooong time.
