Went through the drive through today and the lady who took my order and payment was not nice. Rolled her eyes when I asked if my drink had whole milk because the tag said oat milk. Did not give me a remaining balance on my gift card and my drink tasted like burnt coffee beans with no ice so it was lukewarm. Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had!

We were welcomed by all the employees when we came in. It was clean and spacious inside. The cashier was very nice. Great customer service!

While my drink was the same as every other starbucks, pretty tasty, I had to wait 15 minutes before my drink was even started even though I was one of the only people in the building and the drive thru wasn’t busy. I watched as mobile orders piled up on the counter with no one to pick them up until they arrived 10 minutes after the drink being finished. I know that online orders are the standard now, but it’s absurd that in person orders have to wait so much longer because of it. I’m glad I’m not on a tight time frame, but that’s not always the case. I wouldn’t recommend ordering in person here.

Nice place but a little bit unorganized. Our egg white bites weren’t announced or brought out but placed on a back counter requiring the previous customer and myself to ask if our food order was ready. All personnel were very nice though.

They gave my daughter a nasty looking refresher with visibly rotten moldy strawberries. I cannot believe the audacity of these baristas! I am profoundly disgusted that my child almost drank this had I not noticed the “off” color of the drink. I just realized this place has alot of negative reviews and now I see why. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! GO TO THE RED CLIFFS DRIVE ONE THEY ALWAYS EXCEED EXPECATIONS!

We arrived with 5 children and 6 adults with an order of coffee and pastries for each person, and the attitude of the employees is far from polite, with the nastiest attitude. I was so embarrassed because I have my family that visited us from a foreign country which has also a Starbucks and were so disappointed from the service, specifically when that country is high on hospitality and manners.
