The customer service is awful. I was standing in front of staff and not one employee acknowledged me. What is wrong with this picture??? I asked for hot cappuccino then I get a lukewarm apparently they just put the milk on top of espresso, that’s not hot there lukewarm and they didn’t apologize

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! I stop by almost every morning after work, and as I pull up, they already know my order! They are such an amazing group of people working at this location, I love it. And they’re little fun “this or that” game they sometimes do, is worth the chuckle.

This is the fastest Starbucks drive-thru in town. I’ve never spent more than 10 minutes in line, even when there’s a bunch of cars in front of me. The staff is wonderful and I love that they do the question of the day.

Music is way too loud at this Starbucks! Very sad because in every other way I really like this location. It is big and has awesome chairs and the staff are great. If they would just turn down the music a bit, I would come here often.
