They were awesome. Super backed up but apologized so much for it. The coffee was yummy as always and their computers were on the fritz so it wasn’t quite right BUT no harm! Really impressed with their memory of the orders and trying their absolute best. I’m not one to typically complain but today July 11 at around 8 ish I ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino and it came with an unexpected hair with it. At first I thought it could’ve been my wife’s when I first found it in my drink but soon right after I cleaned up noticed it was more of a lighter color than both of ours. Very disgusting and a little disappointed. Adding a picture for comparison( the darker hair is mine and that lighter strand is the one I found in my drink) It definitely ruined it for me, it will make me think twice before going back again .

Probably one of the second worst star bucks I’ve been too, we came in with a teen group to get them star bucks before doing a college trip, I ordered a drink and you would think they would put each teenagers name on the drink as they ordered one by one at the counter but they didn’t they but it all on the same name and I was trying to ask the lady a question at the counter about a drink I ordered and her reply was ” sir we are busy right now” and all I was doing was trying to get one of them to explain the drink, which she said it says it on the cup, while my drink was never made or they didn’t add it in the computer because I never got my drink that I ordered they gave me something that tasted way to sweet and all syrup.. its a good thing we dont live around here because we won’t be coming back with the teen group again

First off I never leave bad reviews, but after visiting many wonderful Starbucks through out the country, this one had very bad customer service. I went in to purchase a gift card, and the staff was behaving very unprofessionally. They were having a great time with each other yelling at each other, cussing, letting a timer beep for a very long time because they thought it was funny…After I was handed my card the cashier walked away with out a thank you for coming in, or happy holidays. After she made it seven steps away from me I asked if I could get a receipt to go with my gift card, and she rudely looked at me and said “No you can’t, because we don’t have receipt paper.” It was just an awful customer experience, and I was surprised.
