Zero stars if I could. I asked them to add an ice water to my delivery order and they told me they would over the phone. They didn’t! I paid extra for whip cream to be added to my drink. They didn’t! I paid extra for Carmel to be added. They didn’t! Didn’t add straws to my order. It’s just complete disregard for customer service. Save yourself the trouble and drive further or order in person and demand what you paid for but don’t trust they will get it right on their own through delivery. You can see on the photo it clearly says whip and Carmel, but there’s none!!

this is one of the best locations of Starbucks! I order from this location atleast once 1 week and my coworker and I have never had a bad experience from this location! They are also always very friendly when going through the drive through and its just great!

I’ve been going here for years and for the most part it’s been great, it seems that ever since this location unionized their service has been creeping downwards, for the most part they still make quality drinks but their wait times are noticeably longer than they used to be, also it seems to be a more frequent occurrence that I get the wrong thing that’s not what I ordered at the window. That said, I’ll keep on coming here, it’s just slower and less accurate than it used to be.

I love this Starbucks! The interior is comfortable and always clean! The staff are friendly and helpful when you want to try something new! The location is good for after I drop off the grandkids to school, but when traveling the other way on Dublin, the turn lane across the road gets full!

Great Starbucks the staff are very nice and friendly. This location may have the worst parking lot I’ve ever been to in my life. you can barely get to the Starbucks and then getting out is nearly impossible. you can only turn one way and traffic is always atrocious. the parking spots are tiny the line going through the drive-through blocks you from being able to back out of the parking spots! This location practices very through and safe COVID-19 policies. They require masks and social distancing inside and allow for limited contact curbside pick up if requested. They limit the number of customers at any given time and keep the location very clean. I generally feel quite safe when visiting this place.

I accidentally placed my order at this location instead of the Starbucks in fort union and when I went to pick up my order they kindly informed me of that. But as I walked away, the worker there, Taylor, asked what I had ordered and she promptly got to making my order, coffee and croissant and all. I was so grateful. Still am grateful. I appreciate how above and beyond she went despite my own mistake. I will not make that mistake again and will purposely continue to come to this Starbucks if I’m in this area if only for the wonderful service! Thank you Taylor!
