I usually have a great experience at this Starbucks, except the getting in and out of the parking lot and driveway is a pain. Service is great, speedy, food and drinks are good, but there have been a few times lately, where my cup felt very light. I took a peek inside before taking a sip and it looks only a little over half full. I understand not filling it to the top in case of spillage, but this is not giving me what I paid for. Bummed.

I stopped by to get a drink and a loaf of bread. I had placed a mobile order online and clicked on DRIVE THRU pickup for my option. I hopped in the drive through line 2 minutes before it said it would be done but there were 3 cars in front of me.
When I pulled to the window they were very rude. Gave me my bread and was waiting on my coffee. They handed the coffee and the man operating the window told me that I got in line too soon and that I have to go inside for a mobile orders. If that was the case they should not have a drive thru pickup option. They were very rude and he treated me like an idiot. I will not be back if this is the kind of employees working here. Either the app needs to be changed to only in store for mobile orders or employees need to be trained on this

The roast coffee is usually a miss here while the craft coffees are decent. The employees are always nice. But, after the last few coffees I ordered ended with a mouthful of coffee grounds. I won’t be going back. The picture is the final coffee after spitting out a mouthful of coffee grounds.

The staff here are super friendly. Great service but consistently their coffee is served lukewarm on the weekday mornings. It must be a setting on the machine but I need my sbux coffee piping hot especially in the winter!

I really love this Starbucks specifically because the employees are all so friendly and kind, they really make my day with how friendly they are. The drinks and food are always on point as well. The only downside to this location is how tiny the parking lot is. It’s also impossible to turn left into the lot if you’re coming during the morning rush, so I take an extra few minutes to go the long way so I can turn right into the lot. It’s always worth the extra few minutes drive with how great this Starbucks is though!

Zero stars if I could. I asked them to add an ice water to my delivery order and they told me they would over the phone. They didn’t! I paid extra for whip cream to be added to my drink. They didn’t! I paid extra for Carmel to be added. They didn’t! Didn’t add straws to my order. It’s just complete disregard for customer service. Save yourself the trouble and drive further or order in person and demand what you paid for but don’t trust they will get it right on their own through delivery. You can see on the photo it clearly says whip and Carmel, but there’s none!!

Great Starbucks the staff are very nice and friendly. This location may have the worst parking lot I’ve ever been to in my life. you can barely get to the Starbucks and then getting out is nearly impossible. you can only turn one way and traffic is always atrocious. the parking spots are tiny the line going through the drive-through blocks you from being able to back out of the parking spots! This location practices very through and safe COVID-19 policies. They require masks and social distancing inside and allow for limited contact curbside pick up if requested. They limit the number of customers at any given time and keep the location very clean. I generally feel quite safe when visiting this place.
