Bought the party platter of taquitos. It was 6 pastor. 6 bean and cheese. 6 carne guisada. 6 chicken guisada. It doesn’t say anywhere but the all meat tacos also had beans. I had people in my party who dont eat beans so immediately it was a problem. And not only did they ALL have beans but the “meat” was basically nothing. In the pictures you can see its all beans and gravy. And potato for some reason? The pastor had gristle. To have <.5oz per taco of actual meat is insane.
I was raised on the Brownsville location. They have not transitioned out of the valley well. Buyer beware.

This location is extremely slow, and unorganized. I spent half of my lunch in the drive through, and then had to wait for them to bring the order for the car in front of me because of the way the drive through is set up. This only happens at this location. The woman came to the window, and kept opening and closing the window. Just completely unorganized and a hot mess.

I ordered on Uber Eats and they forgot half of my order. The manager personally delivered the rest of my order to my house and an extra side on the house! As well as it being almost 1am, I never would’ve thought to get the rest of my food, The manager Jose was thoughtful and so kind! I have never experienced customer service like this before! I will definitely order from them again whether it’s take-out, delivery or dine in! I definitely recommend ordering from them!

I visited this location tonight via drive-thru with my mother and had a pretty mixed experience. The initial interaction with the first employee at the drive-thru was fine, just mixed with some confusion on what to order, when all of a sudden another staff member named Alejandra intervened in the interaction (this is still in the drive-thru) and started shouting at us through the drive-thru microphone asking us if we wanted corn or flour tortillas for the items that we had ordered. When I had asked her about why she had shouted, she denied that she had yelled and laughed it off, which was very frustrating.
At the window, the interaction wasn’t very pleasant either. The food was very good as always, but the customer service needs to be worked on at this location seeing that this is not the first time I’ve encountered a rude employee here.

I visited your location last night, intending to make a purchase before the advertised midnight closing time. I arrived at 11:00 PM and found the store already closed, with staff cleaning and refusing service. This was disappointing as I relied on the posted hours. I understand that closing duties require time, but closing an hour early creates inconvenience for customers. I suggest ensuring staff adheres to the advertised closing time or updating the posted hours to reflect actual closing practices. I appreciate your attention to this matter. I hope to have a better experience during my next visit.

I keep going back because the food is good, but the service is getting worse every time. There hasn’t been a single time in the last few months that the order is 100% correct. Wrong salsas, wrong tortilla, missing items, long waits, etc. Just today I ordered a fish taco on corn and I got flour. It’s almost like a game to figure out how they’re going to mess up my order next.
