The girl was so rude, I asked her a chocolate croissant and she tossed it to me on the counter, and it was still in the wrapper. I asked her to heat it (that’s how it’s always served) and she made it very upset, all the time she seemed to be mad. I come to this Target pretty often and the baristas/cashiers at Starbucks are ALWAYS in a bad mood. I have yet to get my order taken by someone who isn’t bothered by a customer. Absolute worst service. They have no shame giving an attitude either. I’m not sure why I keep trying to be extra polite to them every time I go.

A girl named Ema, with glasses, who worked at 2:30pm today 4/19/22 took my order. I had order 4 drinks and 3 cake pops. She was very rude and dismissive to my children and I . She didn’t even ask us if we wanted a straw but she offered the customer after us if they wanted a straw. She in fact told me that I was rude, when all I did was order and took my kids aside and waited. Mind you we had 4 drinks. Yes, absolutely, I had a tired child who needed go for a nap. But she seemed so irritated by children. Please train your employees to work under high stress environments, especially with only two customers in line(sarcasm)I come to this target regularly but this isn’t my regular Starbucks, because some incompetent girls can’t get my drink right like this one today. Please address this so you don’t have another encounter like this other than someone like me.

I really wish they wouldn’t use the café seating area as a storage room and would allow their patrons to sit down to enjoy their coffee and food. My son and I went a few weeks ago, we ordered and our plan was to enjoy our stuff before shopping in Target. Instead we got our order, walked back to the car turned the heater on since it is winter, ate and drank. Then instead of shopping in Target we left. Didn’t feel like browsing the isles anymore.
