So, I ordered a mobile order and realized that the Westgate was close to get there so I had to drive all the way around and I was about 30 minutes late. And these people remade my drink and were so kind. I mean, they’ve always been great. But this just made them 10 times better.

If you want to waste your time and gas this is the place to do so. I applied and got rescheduled for my interview 6 times and after 3 months of waiting and rescheduling they go and tell me they’re not hiring anymore! Wasted my time so hurtful and rude! I recommend probably not applying to this location! Ridiculous! Thanks a bunch for wasting 3 months of my time! Very inconsiderate! No communication skills!

It was not busy at all when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. I got 2 fany coffees and 2 sandwiches. All were very good. The service was friendly and fast. Store is clean.

I go to this Starbucks quite often as it is the closest one off base I can get to quickly as I only have a 30 min lunch break. Awesome service and they are usually pretty quick. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and only once have they ever gotten my order wrong once(wasn’t much of an issue tho since I ordered a white hot chocolate and they gave me a hot chocolate) I know I got often enough that a few baristas over the years have started to recognize me and know what I usually order and will ask to verify if it different. It does make me slightly wonder if I go there too much… lol but even when I don’t go for a while some of them still seem to know my face and order. Which is some good customer service in my opinion at least!
