I a mobile order. The drink was made well, and my daughter enjoyed her cookie and chocolate milk. They took their time and were quite courteous with the car before us. When we pulled up, she practically threw our order out the window. I asked for a straw, and it was a huge ordeal. I had pre-tipped $2. I will NEVER EVER pre-tip Starbucks again. Which for me is honestly a big hassle. Anyways, it’s totally worth it for me to drive the extra time over to 883 Yellowstone Ave (Yellowstone & Altamonte) they much better service.

Matty was the sweetest best barista I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming across for my morning coffee routine. Thank u SO much for ur absolutely amazing customer service skills in ur field with prompt and special treats for me from beginning to finish! She is the best. Made my entire day begin on a wonderful path! Not only was Matty amazing everyone that works at this location are always very helpful, kind, and fast in there skills as a whole team of Barista’s. The barista had no idea what she was doing. I simply asked for a splash of milk and extra ice, & she did the complete opposite and complained she had to remake it. Should’ve made it correctly the first time. I wanted coffee, not milk & ice. I left because she still couldnt make it correctly. What a waste of $8

Make good coffee and the world will knock at your door. We try to use mom and pop coffee spots before the million dollar coffee chain, but the local coffee shop by the Roadway in sucked! So off to Starbucks. Coffee as usual great, and cheap refillls.

Came really looking forward to some herbal tea and they were all out. Then ordered some pastry for the kids, they were all out. And I am not actually rating them this poorly because of what they didn’t have. That is out of their control. Why I am giving 3 stars is due to the customer service I received. We were the only ones in line, while there was 2 mobile pickups and 1 person at the drive thru and 5 employees on deck. 4 of them made eye contact with me, none of them spoke to me and I waited near 7 minutes for someone to walk 4 steps and take my order. I should have just left. Then another employee came and clocked in and it wasnt until a few minutes after that, that everyone stopped walking in circles and 1 person came to the counter. Very irritating to be treated like this. I was in a hurry and although very irritated I spoke calmly and continued to be calm as they basically told me I could not be served. So not a good first impression. And will be my last time coming.
