Every time I have ordered here, the baristas have been kind, patient, and helpful. Today, I came in with a picture of a drink and list of ingredients for something I wanted to try. The baristas were easily able to figure out how to customize the drink and they even explained to me how I could order it again. Although this is located in a grocery store and doesn’t have its own building, the employees still give off a great ambiance. I would recommend stopping by for the outstanding customer service and I’ll definitely be back again.

I came in with a few questions and a barista with blonde haired barista, maybe had some brunette as well, was very rude and unhelpful. She shook my pastry bag at me, she was visibly frustrated with me and I cried in the floral department of Albertsons about it. I was so embarrassed.

A staff member was so rude to my friend when she was just trying to order a coffee. Didn’t catch the baristas name but she had black and white hair. Very poor customer service and my friend felt very embarrassed and was crying because of the treatment from this barista. Unfortunately won’t be going here again for coffee.

My order has been correct every time I’ve gone here, drinks do not consistently taste the same. I almost always get the same drink and I can’t count on it to be the same every time — which is weird, as I assume they use recipes. I guess they eyeball it once they know what the ingredients are? I’ve used the drive thru 3 times and each time it’s painfully slow. Just this morning, I ordered my drink and drove up the window and waited 5 minutes before someone came to the window to take my money/greet me. 5 minutes doesn’t sound very long but it feels long when you’re trying to get to work and waiting in your car with zero line behind you. Wish they’d speed up the drive thru and work on making consistent drinks! Drink/food is always decently good.

Stopped by shortly after open to get a couple drinks. The barista said they couldn’t make the the drink I ordered hot (they can, they do at any other location), and seemed to be a bit annoyed that I was making them work. The drinks we did end up getting were made well, though.

The coffee was wrong on our entire order. It was drive thru and we were in a time crunch so we had no time to go back. This happens every time we hit a Starbucks and try to avoid them if we have other options.
