This place was one of the faster Starbucks I’ve ever been too. And they are helpful and friendly. When I got here today there was a guy passed out on the lawn area and I’m assuming the store manager was super concerned she was worried about him because he was just in the store. She called for help right away and watch his stuff he left behind. Good job miss!!!! Something I’ve notice about Starbucks and from what my girlfriend tells me about the stories she has when she worked at a Starbucks they always look out for our homeless folk.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks including Starbucks reserve in Tokyo and the Edo period Starbucks in Kyoto. The magic of this Starbucks is right up there with the rest. Always welcomed with warm smiles and often times my drink already being made people know this as their second home or the first stop in starting off the day right. The Baristas are loved as much as the baristas who moved on from poring coffee. Thank you for always bringing me a positive experience and making me feel at home. Even with Covid everyone has done an amazing job providing the best and safest opportunity to enjoy the amazing coffee and other amazing treats. Love love love Casper Starbucks East side!!!!

Awesome customer service! I went in this morning and the nice blonde girl (i can’t remember her name but i like her side ponytail) suggested a flavor of refresher i’ve never tried. I ended up not liking, so her and Kaleb took the time to make it right for me. They were obviously really busy with mobile orders and in store customers but treated me with kindness and patience 🙂

Trying to do a breakfast for work at office. All options not in app, app not working charger me multiple times orders $230 + on Uber eats and asked store to give part of order $40 of it to Uber perosm and I’d be thee e to grab it. They refused to to do it told me to use app and it would t work. The result was cold coffee and late.
