I went to this location this morning after a long night of no sleep with a sick toddler. I couldn’t figure out what I wanted and was thankful I had Molly as the barista. She was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She recommended a drink for me which is incredibly delicious. She went above and beyond by saying she wanted me to try my drink before leaving to ensure I enjoyed it and assured me they’d make me a new one if I didn’t love it.

Had an online order, waited at the window for 9 minutes after my order was ready just sitting there with it in the window while the barista took the order for someone 4 cars behind me. It would of taken 5 seconds to hand me my drink then continue taking that order

Nothing much has changed at this location the 3 years I’ve lived in Casper. I even stopped going to this location for over a year and gave it another chance. Still Poorly staffed and managed. The mobile app was designed to make the process efficient for both consumer and staff. Seems like every time you order ahead of time it is never ready, this often delays the my mornings. Once I’m out of app $ I will again not give this location money until I’m dumb enough to come again.

Wow it is hard to find kindness in this world right it feels like right now but the baristas here are very friendly and kind. The place is clean and so inviting and the fireplace going on such a cold and extremely windy day just warmed my heart and dried my tears for the long drive ahead. East ridge mall location is definitely the best of the three shops, early morning around 730 or 8ish can get pretty crowded so I suggest you order ahead but expect 20 30min for them to get the order ready. The barristas here though are by far the best! If only they still had almond croissants : (

For some reason, this Starbucks just seems to have the LEAST friendly staff of any other location I’ve been to. No matter how far out of my way I go to be warm/smiley/bubbly hoping that it makes their day just a tad bit brighter and hopefully in return they’re in a better mood next time I see them …. I continue to fail miserably at lifting their spirits, it seems. My drink is almost always not full. This photo is a drink requested without ice, so that may be the reason for this cup being short but my drinks are almost always not full. First world problems, I tell ya. 😉 Heaven forbid you politely and graciously tell them something in your order is incorrect!! You will get the hardest eye roll of your life and a very rude response. I try to just keep my mouth shut at this store so as not to upset them further. However, even when I’ve tried to sweetly correct them from accidentally charging me too LITTLE …. I’ve inadvertently brought the scorn upon myself….. more than once! 🙁 Oh, and don’t even bother trying to get whipped cream on your coffee here. Apparently they don’t do that at this store. ♀️ In general, I usually get kind and sweet service workers and it’s an enjoyable experience, so it’s unfortunate that this location seems to just be in a permanent funk. 🙁 I will continue to try to lift their spirits! ❤️
