You can tell the main manager barista that was there today absolutely hates her job and her life. She’s incredibly rude when you ask a question or take a second to think, and she has a horrible attitude and condescending response. She was slamming the cups around and creating a hostile environment. The other two girls working were super sweet and noticeable uncomfortable when she turned to them to speak badly about the person who she just took an order from and was standing right there. Other customers were noticeably uncomfortable w how rude she was to them. She just has an overall hostile vibe that made me feel bad for even coming in to order and wanted to leave asap. I was just traveling through and looking for a quick bite and she gave me anxiety for sure!

Watched the customer in front of me get the food he ordered thrown at him by the starbucks employee. She must have been on the rag, so I just turned around and walked out. Poor service indeed. Go to Higher Grounds coffee down the street. Much better.

Don’t do a mobile order here! They give you a smaller size than you paid for and there is no refund or credit they can issue even though they are out of the correct size cups for over a week. Horrible customer service overall.

Employee extremely rude. She obviously doesn’t like her job. She was sighing and rolling her eyes while we ordered. She was slamming the cabinets while making the drinks. I ordered 7 drinks and they were all watered down and tasted awful. Worse experience I have had at a Starbucks.

Ordered a dragonfruit refresher and asked for no ice. The drink was given to me with ice and I told them it was supposed to be no ice. The lady angrily took my drink dumped out the ice and berries! Then gave it back rudely while making grunting noises and sighing loudly. I have never had this problem at this location but I felt I was being discriminated against.

One star is too high for our experience. Order wasn’t even started until 5 minutes after it was due. Employee had an obvious attitude and got our drink order wrong. Delayed our road trip 30 minutes while the breakfast we pre ordered got cold in the car. Happy Holidays!
