My search for a good caramel macchiato is still going so I thought I would give this Starbucks a try. The drink had almost no foam and all the caramel was at the bottom. I like to drink the caramel macchiatos without the lid so I can see the signature Starbucks caramel sauce design in the foam, it’s never there. Anyways I hope they improve their quality, after $6 a drink, I’d like to at least get my money’s worth.

Very spartan inside. It feels very sterile and not comfortable. The coffee, lattes and fraps are awesome here but it’s not a place you would want to hang out. With a concrete floor and metal ceiling, it’s incredibly noisy. There were only 3 of us inside the store but with the grinders, ice crushers and coffee-making noises all going, you can’t really carry on a conversation. It’s best for those that just use the drive-thru or order their coffee and leave. After my favorite Starbucks closed, I was hoping this would be the place I could hang out, but I’m disappointed that it’s not.

I hate this new tip thing that you have to touch the screen but in the drive through (which I never use but did today) you can’t see the screen in the sun and they claim they can’t touch it… never had any issue at any other Starbucks. Maybe it was a new person but it took forever and the latte tasted weird like they added sugar or something. Maybe just a bad day but I can’t give any more than 1 stars. Maybe that’s why I always go in, never had any issues going in!
