I have to give this place a shout-out. Taylor in the drive through won me over as a permanent customer for this Starbucks. I was #10 in line in the drive through, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Food and drink were made expeditiously, and Taylor saw my dog in the back seat and offered me a pup cup for him! What service. Highest recommendation.

I asked Lauren, Shift Supervisor if she could get the guy that’s been wondering around aimlessly to go get on the cold bar and get drinks made. She told me “I have other priorities” I told her that your customers are your priority, I ordered an ice water 21 minutes prior to our conversation. I have never had a Starbucks employee treat me like this. Will find a different Starbucks when I come to Colorado Springs.

Right next to my place so usually order from here and almost always it’s fine. Today I ordered ahead because I needed to get places but their system lost my order and after waiting 15 minutes I had to leave. At least they refunded me.
