The staff here was seriously some of the best I’ve ever dealt with at Starbucks! They were so kind and FAST – all while still delivering quality product and service. They were actually so fast, they accidentally made my coffee order twice…and they gave me the extra one I was traveling with other so it worked out great!

I usually come to the Starbucks every day, but today that has changed I asked for a drink with extra caramel drizzle and never have I had them give me a cup of almost just caramel. I ordered it at the speaker, a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle, and when I got to the window it, we didn’t have the extra caramel drizzle so I asked her if she could fix it seemed like that made her irritated and gave me this. This is disgusting, having to drink only caramel. Maybe if they listened to the detail while people are making their orders, they wouldn’t have to go remake it.

I was having a very challenging morning and my vehicle was being worked on nearby so I went into the Starbucks and every employee there was so genuinely kind and friendly. As I sat there for two hours enjoying my oatmeal and my cold brew and reading, I witnessed them be a light to every customer who came in there.
