I just wanted oatmeal and I get this. I usually order this and every time it’s amazing but really why am I paying 5 bucks for this? It’s literally just milk and small chunks of oatmeal. I believe the Store manager should Micro Manage a bit more returning phone calls as well would be appreciated. A store Manager would and should care about there store enough to get it inspected by the health department. The calls were consistent and I don’t believe there has been anything to address the concern/issue since becoming store manager! Team looks great! doing the most.

I want to commend the staff at this location for having to deal with the biggest tool bag this afternoon. Hey Mr Gray Toyota 4 runner jerk….how about treating the staff with some respect and dignity. We behind you could hear just how difficult and rude you were. No ice on any of the drinks and then ordered cups of ice. My hats off to the ladies for being professional and not losing their cool on the less than kind entitled individual. I would’ve shaken those matchas until the green disappeared.

Got a cookie crumble frap with extra chips, and this is the second time they put NO chips instead of extra, and it was even a different location! Also, it wasn’t blended together, It tasted like glorified chocolate milk! The girl told me they didn’t have chocolate ribbon topping which was fine, but I get this drink specifically for the chips! I don’t want to have to drive 40 min to get a good drink made. (Location on Washington is amazing with the drinks!)

The staff is friendly, coffee order is usually ok, every time I get the jade citrus mint tea it is never made with lemonade even though that’s what it says on the menu and I specifically ask that they please make it this way. Kind of disappointing since it is my go to during cold/flu season and when I’m not in the mood for coffee.
