The girl at the window today when I came for my birthday drink- complements of Starbucks was delightful. She wrote happy birthday on my cup, and wished me a happy birthday, like I was a friend of hers. This is one very busy Starbucks, who takes time to get to know their customers I’ll be back.

Don’t know the atmosphere because we hit the drive-through. Our coffee was made perfectly, and when I couldn’t remember the name of my drink the barista was super sweet and patient with me. Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, so not like I ordered a crazy frappuccino, but it still meant a lot to me that he helped me figure it out and was not annoyed or rushing me. I know they are so busy and it’s the small things like that that help make a location special.

Great drinks as usual BUT. The bushes in the Drive-thru can scratch your paint, they dragged down the side of my truck, a little warning about full size vehicles aren’t recommended for Drive-thru would have been nice. My truck.

This store is a nightmare. The drive thru lines are always insanely long and the only people that are nice in my experience are the employees at the window. The other day I was at the window and just as I was waiting for my drink I saw this female employee with long dark hair get yelled at by someone else, presumably her manager after she dropped something. She yelled at her and told her something along the lines of “you have to watch what you’re doing stop doing things like that!” And the poor girl looked broken up afterwards like she wanted to cry.
