I don’t recommend going here if you want your food or drinks made how you ordered it. More often then not they don’t have all of the ingredients for a simple oatmeal and my drinks are regularly made with the wrong type of milk. This is considered ok as a splash of oat milk in and oatmeal. If I wanted soup I would have gone somewhere else.

I’ve come twice now and both times my drink was wrong. I try to give the benefit of the doubt so I thought the first time it was just an off day. When I walked in it took them 15 minutes to even acknowledge myself and One other guest and another 20 minutes to make the drink. It wasn’t busy, middle of the day and lots of baristas. I see why there are so many poor reviews for this location, what a shame.

Usually walk my dog here to grab my coffee and a treat for him. Never had any issues until a manager asked me to stand outside with my dog because he’s not a service dog, which is understandable. But to wait 15 minutes in 90 degree weather and not have my order brought out?? Not the best service.

The baristas here are wonderful so this review is not directed toward them but the owner of this franchise. Why is this location constantly closed? This morning they said they didn’t have running water. They were just closed a few days ago and there was no cone in front of the drive-thru or sign on the speaker so there were all these cars just waiting. Including me! They are frequently closed and it starts getting frustrating when customers go and sit in line and there’s no one even working. I’m not sure if this water thing is what the cause is or if it’s other operational issues as well but please figure it out. Coffee is life and I feel dead inside right now.

When I pulled up to this location there were a good dozen cars in the drive-thru, so I went inside to put in an order for three drinks. Drinks 1 and 2 came with no problem but drink 3 didn’t come. I began to watch more closely to the orders being made and realized why they were taking much longer than they should have. I watched a barrista start to make the next drink, pause to turn and whisper and laugh with the barrista standing next to her, who also paused mid-drink to laugh and whisper back. 10 more seconds of making the drink and then ANOTHER pause to turn and whisper and laugh. This happens THREE MORE TIMES before the drink is finally made and then, yes! Finally we can get out of there. Except NO, that drink wasn’t mine, and it goes to someone else. I ask the barrista, “what is happening? We received two of three drinks and now you’re serving other people. The answer, “oh we completely forgot you, I’ll make it now”. It’s like the place is run by teenagers.

Ordered a drink through the app should have put pickup inside but I did drive- thru what a mistake! Waited in drive-thru for 25 minutes to pick up something already made so it was kinda yucky by the time I finally got it.

Service has gone down drastically, baristas are rude (specially the morning crew) they always look so annoyed just by your presence. Avoid this one, not worth your Oatmeal didn’t even have enough water to cook thru and no toppings. So careless!!
