This location is my favorite. I can grab and go my mobile order on my way to work and very seldom do I have to wait. They pay attention to my caffeine allergy and they actually suit your mobile order out and you don’t have to ask them to grab it for you. I love the convenience. Keep up the great y’all!

I just had excellent customer service there. The barista kindly took my order and then I realized she was also filling all the drink orders before me. She moved so rapidly trying to get it all done. She was finally able to get to my shot of espresso and apologized for the delay and gave me a gift card for my next espresso. I left with a smile!

Worst Starbucks by far. They charge for extra things that other stores have never charged me for. Half the time my order is wrong or missing something and they ask me to come inside while they make it the right way. If I wanted to come in I would have done that in the first place. I’ve waited 6 months of coming to this Starbucks since moving in the area to leave a review hoping it would get better. Surprise, it hasn’t.

Went to this Starbucks and paid for the car behind me and the lady at the drive thru her name was Angel told them they got it not knowing we knew the car behind us. So unethical for them to lie and said they paid for it when we did. I than called the manager and Elisha said they do that from time to time because they are busy! Lol makes no sense at all to lie and take credit. Makes me mad because people who go out of there way to be generous. They do not deserve to be working there and I will be calling corporate on them.

This is the Starbucks I visit the most because of its closeness to River Point Mall and for the enthusiastic, energetic and fun young team working there and spreading quality service in a both fast and gentle manner. Love this staff!

I stopped on 3/24 to get a Breve. The drive-through line was around the block. Went inside to order people were busy. One person checking a list behind the food display. Another in the back bringing supplies out. The barista, of course, makes drinks and the drive-through team. After 3 minutes, I asked if anyone was taking orders. The guy checking the list said someone would be with me. Three minutes later, I left without placing an order. I drove to Wadsworth and Jewell.

Pretty good seating and I love the natural like and atmosphere when in there, they didn’t make my food as usual like my mocha cookie crumble didn’t have any crumbl in it and my strawberry Aqui lemonade didn’t have any strawberries in it.
