I go through the drive through ask the girl if the new apple drink in vegan and instantly starts giving me attitude. So I get my drink it taste like straight coffee with creamer or something hopefully they didn’t make it not vegan on purpose it was absolutely the worst drink I ever got from any Starbucks end up going to the 52nd for a real venti drink replacement .

Don’t expect to come here and get in and out the door in less than 15 min or more no matter no matter how many people are working, no matter what you order it usually takes forever to get anything there for some reason I don’t know why that is, but I’ve always had a really long time for them to even usually knowledge that I’m standing there for some reason, so I don’t really suggest to go there if you’re on a time crunch .the areas is pretty convenient but it sometimes takes them 5-7 min to even acknowledge me standing in front of them . I work across the street so I’ve had this experience several times .

What’s the point of bringing in a re usable cup from Starbucks when they make it in a cup that they then throw away? As well as the venti reusable cup is always left unfull. There’s a good 2 inches of space between the lid & drink level. I’ve gone to this location several times in a row as it’s near my house and my order is constantly messed up even when confirming my drinks hot I still get an iced one. Gonna have to go back to driving further to get better service

I’m continually disappointed in this specific Starbucks. Lesson learned, I will not be using this Starbucks as the one on Safeway near by is far more superior. This time it warranted a review. I ordered a latte with caramel…and I got the equivalent of a drip coffee with some cold almond milk. I should have said something when they gave it to me because it was far too heavy to be a latte. The caramel they just forgot completely. Very disappointed in the service of this Starbucks (they had one other car in front of me so it wasn’t even a matter of being busy).

I don’t normally rate chain coffee shops and I’ve only been to this location three times in two years, but each time was lovely. The staff always make some kind of an observation about me and it ends up being a really nice and short conversation. Maybe they are trained to to do this? I don’t know. All I know is that I really love my experiences here.
