Great through the drive thru but I ordered a drink inside at 2:30pm so there was no one in the drive thru and everyone else in the store had their drinks, however it still took me ten minutes to receive my drink as the girls were just standing around and chatting and didn’t make my order until 8 minutes had already passed

my whole order was completely wrong. i ordered the egg white + roasted pepper egg bites + these are the kale + mushroom egg bites. then i ordered a matcha latte w coconut milk. i thought it tasted like 2% but kept drinking anyways + GUESS WHAT ! i had to rush home in pain w rumbles in my abdomen. i used to work @ starbucks. it’s easy to make mistakes when it’s busy (and it was very busy) but please take care to make sure you are respecting people’s food allergies. especially when you advertise you have non dairy options for drinks. the egg bites are good so i’m eating them but i’m glad i had some lactaid on hand @ home or else today would have been a nightmare. i wasted my stars + money on something i didn’t even order.

Waiting in line forever and then receiving luke-warm coffee is not acceptable. How does McDonalds offer HOT coffee for half the price? When looking through the other, numerous and same type of reviews, I’m sure I will receive the same cookie cutter response from the Manager. If you can’t do your job, find someone that can. Maybe ask McDonalds how they keep their coffee HOT and duplicate.

This one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and my orders are always correct, but it takes forever. Whether there’s one car in the drive through or 10, expect to wait 15-20 minutes for a latte.
