As with my job I have watched staff members come and go and the evolution of a place and this place has an amazing staff! I really like this location, but I was really disappointed in some staff recently. We had ordered two venti drinks at the drive thru, the order was not repeated to us, and we paid at the window without the order being repeated there, either. Then one of the drinks comes out grande, so we explain we ordered a venti. The window staff member went inside to talk to the person who took the order, who appeared to be training the window barista, and they explained that we were asking for a venti. We heard the other person saying that “people like to order grande and then claim they ordered venti so they can get free drinks”. I’m not naive enough to think that people don’t do this, because people do, but I’m insulted by being accused of it inside the store where they maybe thought we wouldn’t be able to hear them complaining about it. I even thought I might have paid for the venti and it accidentally went into a grande cup. I even thought about calling into the store to show my order history on the app to prove I only order venti drinks, since they were making a big deal out of an accident.

Barista was super friendly. Apologized for making me wait a few minutes. I was actually early for my order. There really was no wait. Staff knew most people coming in. It was a place where everyone knows your name.

Staff is so rude! I’ve been to this location before and never have run into issues but today the staff was rude and said show annoying my drink was – it was a simple Santa frap my son wanted to try to get into the holiday spirit – yeah it was overtaken with rude comments and how she should make a TikTok how annoying the order is! Talk about ruining the mood before we went to visit Santa – horrible. I called the store out of ear shot and the lady had a conversation about me before the manager came to the phone so she knew she was wrong yet did it! Never again. Shame on you all.

I go to various Starbucks locations and have never been told I ordered wrong before. Not only did the girl taking the order tell me it was wrong she was annoyed and gave me an incorrect drink. Most places are happy to accommodate any special order. Not this location. It wasn’t even that complicated. So I wont be returning to this location. Rude staff.

The service here is good and fairly quick, however, the drinks are not consistent at all. More often than not, the sweet drinks I order are not sweet at all, practically missing the syrup all together. That’s disappointing when you’re looking forward to something. It’d also be great if they could fix the potholes in the drive thru.
