Had the worst experience (from another store) changed to the best experience because of Giselle. I usually go to Wads & Bowles to get a drink and ask for the egg bites to be cold so my kiddos can enjoy this the next morning. I did this last night and when I took my drink from the fridge this morning I opened the lid to see if any whipped cream was left and noticed the huge portion of milk missing from the cup. There were no spills in the fridge and the lid was clean. So after dropping my kids at preschool I went to the original store at wads & Bowles and asked for it to be remade. The short version is a worker repeatedly told me no and I left in tears. I drove to this location and met Giselle is who a lovely woman. She was so sweet so caring. Giselle even asked if I wanted anything else. I declined. I just wanted the drink I paid for. She personally remade my drink, apologized for the other store’s behavior and gave me a gift card. Giselle literally made my tired single mom life so much better today. Thank you so much. We will be back because of her.

Probably the fastest Starbucks I’ve been. Nitro cold brew here. High caffeine with a smooth finish. No other Starbucks in the area has this drink. Clean restrooms and Comcast Xfinity WiFi.. been way more reliable then the att they used to have.

This is a very busy and popular Starbucks location (the only one not in a grocery store around here), but service has always been prompt, friendly, and accurate. They often have a question or joke of the day on a board by the cash register, the store is clean, and there is a fair amount of seats and tables. Order ahead to avoid the long drive-thru line during those peak morning hours.

Unfortunately after giving this Starbucks a few chances I just can’t justify going to this location anymore. Whether it be a 30 minute wait inside to just get through the order line, my girlfriends coffee being made twice without soy leading to stomach problems for the night or now paying 6 bucks and getting a cup of foam it just isn’t worth it. Although this Starbucks does get my order right from time to time, their prices are much too high for me to hope in a 50% chance that my drink will be correct. With 3 Starbucks being just five extra minutes away I’ll go to one of those before this one again. I hope they can improve their condition as this Starbucks has a wonderfully done interior and is in a decently central location.

Road-tripping Georgia to Colorado and today we start our journey home. So we stopped for coffee something we’ve done several times on this drive and this was by far the only exceptional experience which was made by the young lady that assisted us at the drive thru. She was just as friendly as one could be and pleasant to chat with while our order was being prepared. Wish we would have seen a name tag so I could give her a shout out.

This is my neighborhood store, so I have been there quite a few times. The Baristas are always pleasant & friendly. They keep the drive thru line moving, which I appreciate because I am perpetually running late. My drinks have always been exactly as ordered. I am a drive thru only girl, so I can’t tell you anything about the inside of the store but, I would venture a guess that it is nice as well. Also there is a cute front patio with some tables & chairs if you are looking for a way to enjoy the weather
