I went there a couple nights ago to get an ice cream because I love their ice cream and the staff was super rude.
I went and asked for 2 blast one brownie and the other one cookie dough and asked them if they can blend them good, the girl in the speaker was not nice at all I asked more then ones if they can blend them good and she ignored every time I asked so I give up and went to the window to get my blast. When I saw them there was barely any topping on the blast so I tried talking to them about it and the manager said that is always how they make them. I told them that I get those ones a week for the last year since I moved to Canyon and they have never been like that and he insisted that if he makes it again is going to look the same. I asked for a refund and went to the one closer to Amarillo and they did make it right. Staff was super rude the whole time I was there and when the girl give me the money back she close the window in my face with attitude. I will never go back to that sonic for my nightly blast

They do not know how to proportion their meals, the bigger male carhop basically begs for tips everytime you go there and shorted me on change once when I said no tip. The manager obviously doesnt watch or do what they’re supposed to because what in the world is this!!!

If I could leave a -10 I would. Couldn’t take my order over speaker. Came out several times and took and retook order and still got it wrong. Spent over 30 minutes waiting for everything! Didn’t get spoon, didn’t get straw. Had to ask for those things. Will be a long time before I come back!!!!! This was ridiculous!!!!!

Ordered the big dill meal and got a regular smash burger and did not get my tots. They did get me the correct tots, but I never got my drink.?!? This is definitely not the correct burger.

I was reminded this morning why I don’t frequent Sonic in Canyon anymore. I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito at 10:30. It had no sausage at all on it, but was stuffed with FOURTEEN (14) jalapeño slices. What the hell was that about???

Received my order from DOORDASH & I can’t even eat it. The Chicken is BURNT. The Tots are too HARD. The only things edible in my Chicken Box is Toast & Gravy. Sorry but I DON’T thinks right that I paid the amount that I paid to ONLY be able to eat the Toast & Gravy.

Waited in line behind two cars ( they had 6 total customers) for 31 minutes. Ordered a cheeseburger with mustard and veggies. I recieved a hamburger with mustard no veggies at all! Its always sooo slow here!! Went last week and waited 45 minutes at 3 in the afternoon.
