they were short of many ingredients to make simple drinks like frappuccinos and refreshers. i told the barista that it was ok and that i would try my friends regular order. he then belittled me, rolled his eyes, and called the drink a tiktok drink. it seems like a common theme for all the employees to be rude.

Usually pretty consistent and reliable, but today I waited 45 minutes for an order of one drink that hadn’t even been started. Gave up waiting on it. Completely unacceptable, and I understand helping the people in the store first to a certain extent, but judging by the line it doesn’t look like anyone was getting much help at all. Took online less time to get back to me about my concern than it would have taken to wait in the line to talk with someone in store. This was at 7pm too, expected some kind of service
