So difficult when the drive thru person’s friends stop by and they chat for a long time. I come on my lunch break that gets sucked up by how slow the line goes and now I know why! Today, the drive thru chick felt the need to converse for about 10 minutes with her friends while the entire drive thru was full. If you want better tips, perhaps you should provide better service.

Always order in the morning through mobile app, never had any issues with my orders but I just got a 5 dollar coffee that was not even full…I didn’t have time to tell anyone as they are always busy and I also did not have extra time to stay and complain.

Relatively quiet, not a lot of tables and they are too close together. Staff was nice and friendly and remember your name. New cloud cold brew cinnamon macchiato…Pretty, I had to add more sweetener, my preference.

Normally, the service is slow but decent. The staff is usually friendly. Today, they were rude, got my drink wrong twice and then when they finally did get it right, the drink was 1/4 drink and 3/4 foam. See the pictures below- after the foam subsided. I haven’t even had a sip yet. I asked if there was even anything in it and she just walked away. Disappointing. Won’t be back to this location. Staff needs training badly.

I like this starbucks as it’s easily accessible from the trails. There is a lot of space, so even when crowded, there is still a nice atmosphere. Also, you can have views on the front range.
