I really loved this store until I found out today that it’s pet friendly indoors, not just on the patio. That can’t be in compliance with health code and it absolutely makes the closed indoor space unsafe for actually disabled service dog teams. My previous service dog was mauled by a supposedly friendly pet and my current service dog (who I currently have because of aforementioned mauling of my previous SD) has been attacked by house pets in non-pet-friendly spaces and I don’t have the tens of thousands of dollars to emergency replace yet another service dog if this one has to retire due to house pets. I wish places would think about the accessibility & safety of their spaces to their disabled guests.

Great place my drink taste amazing! I usually get a White Mocha with Cinamon Dolce syrup in it. They even paid for my drink thanking for my service. Which they did not need to do, but I really appreciate it.

Heather I assume in the drive thru is always very rude and I always have issues with just this specific person. They constantly have issues if I do a split payment, downsizing a drink because their prices change constantly overnight. Also asking for a cup of ice and being known as the “cup of ice people” which is for my pet. Every time I go here they constantly give me an attitude. As a paying customer I’d expect some sort of decency but never receive that here. #trashpeople #trashattitude

I made the mistake of going into order and it was literally 15 minutes for two drinks. I could’ve went through the drive-through probably three times maybe four while I waited. They really need to hire enough people to get the drinks out because 15 minutes for Starbucks no!
