Waited in drive through for over 10 mins and was given wrong drink. Drink was replaced but I mentioned my bagel again and still didn’t get it. Had to go inside to order it for the 3rd time. Got to my car and no knife to spread the cream cheese….sigh

I wanna quickly talk about my amazing experience with the barista Eve that works there. Eve is amazing at her job! She will go above and beyond to assist a customer. There was this time where I was going through the drive thru, and I ordered a strawberry créme frap. Suddenly, a zombie apocalypse began at the same time of an unexpected EF5 tornado formed. During all this madness, Eve made sure to get me my frap. She fought through the zombies and walked through the tornado like a champ to get to my car to deliver my drink. I even got a flat tire, but Eve repaired my flat while still fighting off these vicious zombies. She soon enough got me my drink. 10/10 service, would go again!

I’m an uber eats driver I’ve been picking up orders from this place for a while.First off today was probably the worst out of all the times I’ve picked up from this place. There was no one saying Hey welcome to Starbucks everyone seemed to busy. I was awkwardly staring at my phone waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I saw like 5 orders on the counter just sitting there. It took two guys flipping the bags over for someone to ask who I was picking up for. You all need a better pickup system.

Ok y’all! It’s been a minute since I’ve gone to Starbucks, but this has been my go-to drink for some years now. I have no clue who made this today, and this particular Starbucks has never failed me in general, but somebody put their feet, corns, elbows and knees in this one! I’ve only had two Starbucks to NEVER fail me, and this is one.
