Due to it being a Saturday, the service was very slow; 2 baristas and 1 cashier. Then a group of 7 ladies ordered a big order so that also took some time. There’s a promotion that’s happening—when you load $50 from your Military star card you’ll get a free drink. However, for the last 2 times I’ve loaded money. I am not given this drink. Also, on the previous reload they charged my card 2 for $100 but only 1 reload shows. When I mentioned this to the cashier she stated “that’s weird, only one should have posted” ..”you’re account should be charged”. I think they might need to have training as my account were charged twice and that amount doesn’t reflect.

I recommend ordering ahead through the app if you want to avoid lengthy lines. The staff here is excellent. They work quickly as well. They can get through a long line in a reasonable amount of time. I would still recommend ordering through the app. They typically prioritize those.

This is the perfect spot for a Starbucks. Not only is the staff so very nice and the coffee is always excellent, but the scenery is very relaxing. There is a fountain that makes it that much better. I highly recommend this location when you have a chance.
