I’ve always been a fan of Starbucks, my favorite is the Mocha Frappuccino and that’s my to go place. But lately, whoever is making my order. They have been messing up my drink, I have no hate but I would like to get what I ask for. My money goes to waste sometimes since I just take a couple of sip and throw it away because it doesn’t even taste like the order I asked for. Never thought that I would ended up writing such review. I always go in the morning to get my ice white chocolate mocha with dark drizzle on my cup, but Chelsea did not want to do it because she said specifically that she’s not going to do it and why is that if other places do it so upset that I couldn’t get my drink the way I wanted. Worst starbucks in town do not waste your money here. I got a chestnut Frappuccino and recieved a Carmel Brule Frappuccino then went back and ordered the Carmel Brule and it tastes like water with Carmel syrup in it i asked the lady if it even had coffee in it because it is white like a vanillabean and she was rude and got an attitudeand said it did. The managee is rude and disrespectful. I see why everyone talks so bad about this starbucks and why every other starbucks in town are always packed and this one is never packed! They deserve zero stars! Nasty!!

They are what they are. Impersonal. Drinks are fine. Sometimes they are a bit slow. All the mobile orders and door dash seem to put dine in customers at bottom of the list. I hate the unisex bathrooms. Lids are always up!

Ordering through the app, drive through or online guaranteed to wait 45+ minutes. Now waiting to make drinks from app orders till you walk in. Sure they stay busy due to location & title, even I go there because there aren’t many options. Being a non-Odessa it’s crazy to wait as long as you do and pay on avg $10 for poor qualify & professionalism
