Best Starbucks I’ve been to! The baristas are awesome and will add their personal touches to the drinks. Got a hot and cold Matcha, and LOVED BOTH. One of the baristas with dark hair in a bun gave us a complimentary Caramel Apple Sauce drink that tasted delicious. They deserve better stars!!!

Stopped by driving through town in a Saturday morning. Shocked that it was empty! Lots of parking and plenty places to sit. Good service . Definitely worth stopping by or waiting to stop at on your drive through town

Would not recommend stopping here. If you’re road tripping grab a coffee in Wichita Falls or Amarillo. Decided last minute to grab a coffee, I put the mobile order in at the parking lot. The lot and store was completely empty of customers, so I proceeded to the drive through. Samantha was condescending and talked down to us when we got in the drive through, according to Samantha she has to make all in-store orders before she can make online orders. First she told us to crawl slowly up to the window and then told us to park so we didn’t hold up the line. I parked, walked inside, and got my drinks and before any other customers come in the store or got to the window. Thankfully there are other coffee shops in town that have great customer service.

I was so excited to see the Starbucks sign. But sorely disappointed. The price was the same, but the quality is not.. the batista admitted she couldn’t stand the taste of espresso, and it showed. My quad shot tasted like watered down ice milk. If I wasn’t in my semi I’d turn around and demand a refund.

Went through the drive-thru on Monday morning and ordered the bacon and grueyere egg bites with an iced white mocha. Customer service was excellent, and the quality of my order was supberb. Will go again during my stay in Childress. Thank you.

Waited in line for 5 minutes. Completely unacknowledged and the manager made no ffort to communicate if there would be a wait. Oh but the white lady got was acknowledged and helped. Poor communication and service. I’ll just get my latte somewhere else.

This review is for especially regarding Store Manager Sam, she has really bad attitude and customer service, i am trucker, i parked my truck in the yellow line front of the road of store, to get the starbuck, when i enter the store co called store manager start yell on me that i cn’t park my truck their, i told her that i will move as soon a get the coffee, plus your are responsible for store not for road, and 2 cops already passed my truck when i parked their, they could have pulled me over if i parked wrong, but they just passed my truck, still she disaggreed with me, then i went outside moved my truck far away from the starbucks, then come back, still she was not happy, then i moved my truck third time to the hotel parking lot, and come again to the store to get the coffee, she was again yelling on me, all her co workers were laughing behind of her back, and even the customers too, it was to embarrassing for me at that time, i was like i am just gonna get the coffee, she said we are not gonna served you, you can leave or i will call the cops, i had to come back without gett coffee . store was not that busy at all. that way we can say like she was busy or something, trucking is very hard job. every one knows that, i felt like i am Asain thats why she was doing this. never ever recommend any of my friend to go this store. IF STORE OWNER READ THIS PLEASE REPLY MY POST.
