The people here are really nice, they’ve never made my order wrong. They also keep up with their stock on sandwiches, and are hardly ever out. Really cool place! Drinks are made quickly as well!

They are frequently sold out of certain food items and the bakery items in particular are extremely overpriced, but the staff at this location is always very nice!! And I love their frappuccinos and their strawberry frap taste really fresh and good.

I had to edit my review from my initial post. I use to love this location but customer service has pushed me away. My last trip through the drive through, the person taking orders was laughing and then told me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window my drink was not the size I had asked for or the modifications I had asked for (which was just an extra pump of syrup) When I told the person at the window what I had ordered since they since they made me a grande drink instead of the Venti drink that I had asked for. The person at the window proceeded to ask me if I just wanted five pumps of syrup in my Venti drink. I was confused by this as a Venti drink gets six pumps and I had asked for seven. Then they proceeded to hand me a Venti drink which was my drink, but half of it was white milk. It was evident they put the grande drink into a Venti cup and then topped it off with milk and then gave it back to me. The girls proceeded to laugh as I was driving away. Incorrect drink. Poor customer service. Won’t be returning.

Not the best Starbucks to go to when you’re in a hurry. I walked in because I thought that is the fast and won’t-goof-up-my-order way. “I would like Matcha Frappuccino, please” and the lady repeated a totally different order. So I told her “Matcha, Matcha Frappuccino”, “Ahh… Matcha, sorry about that”, and she asked me again would you like it hot or with ice? So I repeated “Frappuccino, Matcha, Matcha Frappuccino, it’s an iced blend”. And then a few minutes later, they called up my name, and… I got Matcha Iced Latte .

I love this location. Staff are always sweet and great at their job. Today a lady was impatient that her order was not coming out as quickly as mine. So she took my son’s drink and the staff was nice enough to make me another one on the spot so I could bring one back home to my son. Thank you again for all y’all’s hard work.
