I can’t even say for sure if the coffee or food would have been decent because I spent so long sitting in the Drive-Thru that I had to leave or be late for work and I ended up going to work without coffee or lunch. While I was sitting in the Drive-Thru, I watched three cars hand back the drink they were given. I don’t know if it wasn’t made correctly or if it was just the wrong order entirely but I would not go here.

Very Disappointing! I don’t drink Starbucks on regular basis, for me it’s a luxury treat. Today I decided to treat myself, so ordered a hot lavender oat latte and a bacon egg gouda sandwich. I freaking burned my tongue with the latte it wasn’t drinking tolerable super hot like microwave hot! It took me twenty minutes to get home checked the temp and it was as 140. The taste as just oat milk lavender didn’t even come through. My sandwich was okay hardly any cheese lots of egg and one strip bacon across the sandwich. What a bummer! Waste of money.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this location. The customer service team displayed rudeness, and the pickup process was inefficient. Every time I placed an order for pickup, the app initially indicated a preparation time of 3-6 minutes, but after payment, the estimated wait time increased to 11-25 minutes. I would advise others to avoid this location due to slow service and unacceptable customer treatment.

I ordered a Blonde Vanilla latte, when I pulled up the window I was charged $19.02!!! I ordered a double smoked & the latte. I told the lady and she said she accidentally hit the tip button!!! My total was suppose to be $14.02, she corrects it and refunds me. I get my coffee and food & drive off, I never thought to check to make sure my coffee was right because I’ve never had this problem. I drive all the way to work, pop the lid off to let out some heat & boom a black coffee!! I call & they said when I have time to drive to a Starbucks, so I can get a refund & they will remake my drink!!! Terrible, this is another reason why I stopped going to drive thru’s & I always make everything I can at home! The one time I try a drive thru, I have this experience!

I stood at the register for about 3 minutes before anyone talked to me, had multiple employees look at me and not say a word. I get being busy, but saying “one second” or “we’ll be right with you” if a customer is standing there is pretty common sense customer service. I almost left at that point because I was in a rush, but then someone walked out and looked at me without saying anything, waiting for me to order. I ordered and it came out incorrect, but at this point I just left. I will avoid coming back to this location

I work across the street from this Buda location, the young ladies and the two older ladies in there have zero personalities. Looked at me like I’m a crazy person when I am the nicest person ever . All I did was ask a question about merchandise and they made me feel like I did something wrong . Two of the girls didn’t even say hi , one girl said are you going to order or what ? The looks made me feel so ugly and unsafe and I’m really sad about this . I work in the medical field right across from this store I used to go here a lot and I’ve never been treated like this . I know the employees have dealt with a lot cause of the bear cups situation but I’m not those people . I was told they were having a restock on 11/7 by two employees. I did arrive super early all to be treated horribly. I will never come to this location again . I would never treat people like this .

They really need to hire new staff. The manager is rude and Mina (I think that is her name) is rude too. They need to hire staff who have people skills and who are able represent the company in a welcoming and positive way. Worst service I’ve ever had at this location.

Just moved here not to long ago. Went to have a coffee. First thing never was greeted even after I’m standing right in front of someone, so I spoke to her.
I came to have a drink and read, the music was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think. I came for a relaxing time and went to a jam session. I just left. I didn’t even order a drink.

I come to this location every single day. Without fail I stop in every morning, M-S.

Sometimes twice. I’m so disappointed with this location. Without fail majority of the time my order is done wrong.

Not sure why I continue to go and waste money.

I asked for my usual, but per usual it is wrong. I asked for a salted caramel cold foam cold brew, literally the foam melted away before driving away. Wasted drink, wasted money and time.
