The store is great normally when I go through drive thru. Today I decided to go in, however. I’m a friendly person, and the customer service was lacking. I understand there were only two people up front, but I saw five people total. The two up front were extremely short and dismissive with me. It was obvious they were stressed out, so it’s sad to see they couldn’t deliver good customer service because they didn’t have help. Won’t be going in again, know it’s not worth my time to be treated with shortness and dismissed.

I understand that it is very busy in the morning but to stand there and wait without anyone acknowledging you and getting your order 10 minutes after the estimated time is unacceptable. I even asked the lady at the register about my mobile order and without checking she says it should be coming soon. I watched people come in after me, order at the register and get their drinks before me. I had to go back to the register and ask her to check on my 1 drink. Not a good way to start my Friday

I order drink 16oz it’s cost around 8$ , And then he give me something else, I back and he give me small drink cheaper than what I was paid! It’s cost 6$ and some cents ! and no whipped cream on the top ! And this guy he has along black hair look like was not welcoming me

This is a new Starbucks so I decided to stop by. The store manger was super friendly. I got the dragon fruit mango refresher. The staff is super nice. The service was quick. This location is very spacious. There is also nice patio seating. Check out more photos on my Instagram: nancyuche_

I came in to get a couple of refreshers and Alley had the absolute best customer service hands down I’ve never received a sample but it was good and I bought what she recommended!!! 5 star service!

Just had a 5 star Starbucks experience here mid afternoon on a Saturday. Hopefully those bad reviews are a thing of the past and just the growing pains of a new location. Great location, plenty of parking, and plenty of seating room, inside and out. Correct order. Tasty brew. Squeaky clean.

My wife was in need of a frozen blended thingy and Starbucks is consistent in the prep of these goodies and this one was nearby. I enjoyed a hot cappuccino and helped my wife with her drink…not that she needed it. It was crowded and took awhile but they were both made very well and it the spot.

Staff and service were both great! The only reason I took one star off is because outside it’s clearly labeled on all tables no smoking; however, customers do what they want. Some of us can’t handle cigarette smoke and this rule should be strongly enforced, especially when it’s uncomfortably cold inside and outside is the only place to comfortably sit.
