I invited my daughter to stop by this location for some drinks and pastries, the waiting time was long but we didn’t care since we were having a conversation, I ordered a Big Pink Drink “Light Ice” which the base was full of ice and some strawberries were spoiled. Her order was fine. But it is sad that they do not pay attention to the indications of the orders and the products they are using.

So pissed at this place. I cannot believe how long it took them to get me out of that drive-through got there at three just about and they even made me late to my appointment that I had to reschedule due to their drive-through taking forever. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that takes that long to get coffee and this is after I gave this location a 2nd chance from the last time that I showed up there and went inside and they told me it was going to be 25 minutes before they can get an order someone definitely needs to get this Starbucks back in shape because I’ve never been so disappointed Nor had to. I had to reschedule a doctors appointment due to taking forever for a freaking cuppa coffee.

I don’t blame the staff because EVERY TIME they’re working hard and going as fast as they humanly can. However I do think it’s management fault. They’re always so busy and seem to have not enough workers. I order my drinks/food online for pick up, for convenience. So I don’t have to wait in line so I can just pick up and run on schedule. This is why it’s offered. I always order maybe 25 mins before I really need to head out. And some how my order is always 20-25 minutes BEHIND. Should I order an hour before ? It’s aggravating; because at that point I should have just waited in the long drive thru line.

This was only my 2nd visit to this location but the drive thru person who took my order was so friendly, helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to fill my requests for gift cards by finding ones that fit the occasion and even offered a nice way to gift them to the Teachers I was buying them for. Very exceptional service. I will definitely be back for this type of service.

They have a poor system in place here or the volume doesn’t match the abilities of the store. They do not do orders in order. I would have been better off sitting in the 10-car drive-thru than submitting an order for pick-up. I’m one of those that throws away too much money on coffee every month. This is a location I will definitely avoid in the future- I’ve had issues here several times over several months.

Terrible experience. Came to have breakfast with my daughter and wife and took them 33 minutes to give us the bakery items, both drinks had to be remade because they weren’t made correctly to begin with. Not only that, the starbucks employee taking care of the bakery items straight up lied to my wife’s face and gave her food away to a friend. Later said her sandwich was already in the oven and was the last one to come out. Ridiculous considering there are about 10/12 enployess working.

I stopped by on my way to work in the morning. The staff are super friendly and nice. The drive-thru line was fairly long, so I had to wait a little while, but I didn’t mind. They made my drink perfectly and the food was great!

Stopped twice and never again. The waiting time is insane. They need to figure out a solution, whether it is staffing, competency, or managerial. It is never acceptable to wait 45 minutes for 2 cups of coffee. Drive thru or walk in, equally the same.
