This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in Houston! The staff is incredible, and even when they’re slammed with orders and packed with people they have giant welcoming smiles and continue to push out orders as quickly as possible. I’m always greeted by name and made to feel welcome. Amazing spot all around!

Andy and Jaime made my day. They provided excellent customer service, very kind and with a smile on their face. Even though I might have ordered incorrectly they didn’t question it and once I had asked for a refund for the wrong order they had already credited back! I’ve never really been a Starbucks person and I decided to try one I saw online that looked good and thought I ordered correctly but must have been lost in translation through the drive through. When we realized the order was wrong at rhe window they fixed it right away! This location in particular always looks busy when I pass by so it must be for a reason! Thank you!

Guest came to the counter and literally waited 5 min before he was acknowledged by the team member. The skinny blonde employee stood there and talked to her friend while the guest was very obviously ignored. The cashier from the drive through had to come help him bc the blonde was talking and laughing with her friend. No one apologized to him. Not great customer service or self awareness.

The personnel working at Starbucks here are really just good human beings. I must admit that part of coming here is the coffee but also just getting a smile or a “have a great day” is contagious and prepares me for the day. The attitude of everyone, really all Starbucks employees at this location is incredible. Thank you Starbucks team at I-10 and Wirt. Thank you for putting a smile one coffee at a time.

Rude, unprofessional, and arrogant drive thru attendant. Who is in the form of fluffy build, age in late 30’s, and has a bushy curly black beard. Was rushing me at the voice box, at 5pm, with no one behind me in line, on a Saturday. Unnecessary pushy attitude that proceeded to finish taking my order without confirmation of me being done.

What a lovely group of people that work here. Everyone is so friendly + kind. They remember locals’ orders + greet people by name or by pet name. They also have such a charming banter between each other – it’s obvious that they get along and enjoy working together which is so good to see. Side note: they also make the coffee drinks really well. I recommend going to this location if you are looking for a Starbucks in this area!
