I’m not really a Starbucks person but this location is so pleasant, I find myself coming here weekly. The employees have all been friendly. The drive thru stays packed but they work it fast. Drinks are always consistent. Little pricey but no real complaints here.

Young lady with the medium gauges in ears, red shirt today (7/5/2023 at 10:30am) and tattoo on back of left forearm saying “KAISER” truly needs work on customer service. Extremely unprofessional and too much to explain on a review board but Starbucks has prided themselves on getting to know their customers (especially those that frequent their establishment). This is not my first encounter with her but I let that one go thinking…okay, just a rough day. This has appeared to be a pattern. As I was sitting at the window waiting patiently for the young lady to finish with the order over the headset, I noticed a “KINDNESS” written statement in the window. I even said to her “I hope your day gets better with a smile and asked her to smile…she rudely gestured back and rolled her eyes.

They were out of Venti cups (it happens) and doing their best with Trenta cups. The proportions of my drink were all messed up and it didn’t taste right.. Luckily, if there’s ever an issue at this store, they’re happy to fix it!

I went through the drive through asked for a iced chi tea latte it Said on screen iced I made sure. I waited inline for 10 mins and I see they made my drink hot so he said I didn’t hear you if you pull up it will take a few minutes!! First of all he didn’t say sorry I’m so sorry ill fix this asap no he wasn’t nice at all made it seem like it’s my fault and we have to wait for you to remake it.
